RECIPE - 7 LAYER DIP
Raspberry Salsa Layered Dip from Robert Rothschild:
A fantastic layered dip featuring black beans, cream cheese, red onion, Monterey Jack cheese and Raspberry Chipotle Salsa. This dip has been a customer favorite for years and a staple at many lowcountry Super Bowl parties!
Ingredients
* 8 oz. Black beans, drained
* 8 oz. Cream cheese, cut thin
* 1 small Red onion, chopped
* 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Salsa
* 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
* Tortilla Chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In oven-safe casserole or quiche dish, layer ingredients as listed above starting with black beans. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
