We carry a complete selection of cookware, ranging from traditional stainless and enameled cast iron, to contemporary mediums such as French clay and diamond coated nonstick.  Our buyer, Ellen, works to insure we have the cookware needed for every type of cuisine and cooking style, whether you are new to the kitchen or a Le Cordon Bleu graduate.  This includes basic fry pans, sauté pans, and saucepans, as well as roasters, grills and griddles, and specialty pieces like pressure cookers, woks, paellas and tagines.  Pieces are available open stock or in value priced sets, and specialty pieces not carried in stock can be special ordered when you need them.  Ask Ellen for more information.
